I can teach GSCE and A-Level students. My teaching style is to write notes for the students during the lesson as we go through topics and ensure they understand what i have taught them by giving them past paper questions.
For me lesson planning is key and must be tailored to each students individual needs. For example the first few lessons should be utilised to understand the students strengths and weaknesses before tackling the problems head on. I believe the best way to teach must involve theory work followed by exam questions.
I believe that students should learn the way they feel most comfortable, not everyone learns the same way. As well as teaching students through ways in which they can engage in the information, I also provide them with techniques to ensure when they go home they can confidently and independently revise.
The subjects I am interested in teaching are best taught through practice and thus I will mainly assist students in practice questions and help them understand what steps are needed to solve a problem.
I base my classes on my student's abilities and the exam boards they are working for. I offer explanations and support of each topic in detail, as well as exam style questions, help with note taking and revision techniques to ensure that my student has understood the subject well and is prepared for the final exams.
My teaching is going topic by topic, focusing first on the students weaker topics, giving clear methods (with the simplest route to the answer and layout for maximizing marks) for common styles of questions that are likely to appear in an exam along with explanations that provide understanding of why the method works and the aim/outcome of the method.

I teach by explaining each topic and individual aspect of the work and then following the work up with written questions on the subject, ensuring that the student knows how to do the work. then homework will be used to help the child stay on track with the work.
I give lessons to children up to A levels. For A level and GCSE students, the lessons consist of first consolidating knowledge and then practising exam style questions. I understand the importance of following the particular specification and set regular homework in which both exam style questions need to be answered and consolidation of what I taught in lesson.
