My teaching method is 100% practical, I wouldn't make any student of mine male or female do anything they were uncomfortable doing or anything that I wouldn't do myself. I like to push my clients hard and get results which makes both you and me feel good.

After Which I go over how to correct these mistakes, what to focus on instead, and how to target the students weaknesses in order to achieve optimal efficiency to reach their goals.
I like to teach a minimal bit at a time progressing things to get techniques right as even when doing something for fun technique is important to progress.
