My teaching method focuses on positive relationships. Positive relationships are fundamental to successful teaching, ensuring that lessons are fun and modern! I’m a PgDipEd graduate from the University of Birmingham. I am also a qualified refeeree, refereeing football matches for over 8 years now.
I base my lessons on what topics the students already know and on how well they now them. I produce my own resources such as work sheets and I would advise the students to make as many notes as they can on theses. After two weeks I would plan a test to see how well they have obtained the information I have given to them in the following lessons.
My teaching method is to always contrast theory with practice. Using primary sources, we will discuss multiple perspectives of historical developments. Analysing how political and social structures influences individuals and vice versa.

I tend to teach by asking the students what they think and trying to go from what they know.
