My teaching method is helping rather than criticising, and taking them step by step through calculations, offering praise rather than scolding. Alongside this I will point out errors and help to guide them through fixing them, offering help where needed.
Offering a very logical and to the point style of teaching that has worked for me and my friends across my education career thus far. I have obtained A* in mathematics and Physics A-levels and just finished my second of four years Mphys Physics degree. I will be able to teach GCSE and A-level physics and mathematics effectively (including decision and mechanics).
I base my teaching on the needs of my students, along with their interests and personal areas of skill. I teach primarily younger children though older children can also apply. A typical lesson will consist of a review, learn and apply approach but can vary from lesson to lesson, especially depending on the needs of the child.
I am a recently qualified primary teacher, who has completed a full PGCE course through the University of Worcester offering holiday time tuition to children who may need extra help boosting their grades or helping deepen their subject knowledge before the next academic year.
I have only just started being a Mathematics Tutor but I have tutored a couple of people before. I would test the student first to know their strength and weaknesses and then turn their weaknesses into strengths. After I would test them every so often to see if they have progressed.
I am currently working as Head of maths department in a high performing school. My teaching experience is more than 17 years. I can teach from Primary to A Level maths. I hаve аn interаctive and “to the point” аpprоаch tо tutoring and learning which makes each lesson interesting and easier to “digest” while maintaining the academic focus and saving time for my students. Also, I am highly organized and have been very successful at helping my students with careful and systematic planning during stressful exam periods.
My method of teaching is to find out the way the individual learns the best for example it may be visually and then teach them that way
My teaching style is flexible, as I understand what it's like to need help in something you don't quite understand. Therefore, I prefer to let my students ask the questions and choose the topics that they are struggling with, as this way they can improve on their weaknesses and hence maximise their grades.
I don’t have a set teaching methodology.
I have an adaptable method but focus on making sure that lessons are engaging and so memorable. I would create powerpoints and go through question papers with the student, taking their input on how they prefer to learn, my goal is to become a teacher so I hope to be approachable enough to ensure they are learning.
I think leaning should be fun, engaging and suited to the needs of the individual. I am aware of difficult learning styles and needs and aim to adapt my teaching to the needs of the client.

Being a student myself I understand common pitfalls that other students tend to fall in - and through personal experience I know how to combat these. I want to offer students the best help they can without explicitly giving them solutions when they get stuck - instead guiding them with hints to find their own journey to the answer.
I plan to use techniques that I learnt at GCSE level that my teachers taught me which significantly helped me to accomplish the grade that I received. For example, my maths teacher taught me about a technique using triangles to help me remember equations and how to rearrange them to find the correct answer.

Content is important, as well as a deeper understanding of the concepts, so the students can apply their knowledge to different styles of questions. I believe the foundations of a student knowledge need to be secure and so continually tested, so it can be effectively applied.
I am currently studying at a college level and I offer tutoring up to a GCSE level. I approach topic's in a holistic way by using visual, auditory and reading techniques with elements of fun. This is because everyone learns in different ways and at different speeds, so it is important to find out what benefits the student most.
My teaching method involves focusing on problem areas and breaking them down into manageable parts. I am keen on past papers and repetition, and want to focus on the pupils’ weak points. I make use of the whiteboard, analogies and explanations with drawings and working from the base up so knowledge is gapless and is retained more easily.
Hello. My name is Macauley; I am a recent physics graduate from the University of Kent, graduating with a 2:1 degree. I've done lots of mathematics in my life. I got an A* in Mathematics at GCSE, I got an A in Mathematics at A-level, and it was also a big part of my degree, taking mathematics modules in every year at university.
When teaching students I first like to work through methods with them to make sure that they have a full understanding and allow them time to make thorough notes. I then ask students to work through some practice questions to ensure they are confident in using the methods before I check the questions and work through any mistakes or questions they may have struggled with.
I love to interact with the student by using a white board and different colours to aid with the learning. At the end of the session, all the material learnt is condensed to a flashcard to make it easier to revise prior to exams.
I am explaining the topics very well in simple ways when I am teaching. I am making sure that students will understand fully when they are learning. I am providing the worksheets as well to do the same topics .
