I am a current A-Level Science, Maths and Further Maths student looking to pursue a career in the sciences. As such, I would ideally be giving lessons to current Maths or science GCSE students (or FSMQ) , involving practice papers, help with any homework, course content or classwork and exam guidance.
I think the best way is giving exam style questions making the student have ago then after go through together & then show them how to apply the method to another question
My teaching method is to provide a programme of work which follows what the student is currently studying in class. I will ask them what they think their weaknesses are, as well trying to find out these weaknesses myself and then attempt to strengthen these weaknesses.
I use PowerPoints, excel spreadsheets or just pictures and words to teach.

My name is Namita and I have recently completed my A levels. I am able to tutor students of any ability on Maths. I structure my sessions based on an initial meeting with the student so I can understand how the student works best. This is because everyone will have a different approach, which will elicit the best response from them.
My teaching method is what I believe to be the best way to learn; which is the intuitive method. I believe that making the student understand the subject matter will not only help achieve the better grade but will also help the student retain the subject material for longer.

I can adapt to each child's learning style so I have no problem helping children of all learning abilities. Additionally, I tend to give worksheets which I find online or make myself and give several to the student so that I can talk them through the first one and let them attempt the rest on their own.
I'll give lessons to secondary school mathematics students (up to year 12 level). I'll take a topic a student is struggling with and begin by explaining the theory behind each concept, running through a few examples to get started. From then on, the student can go through questions of increasing difficulty with me there to support them.
I like to tailor my classes to suit the student’s needs. I start by assessing the goal/objective of the student and then plan the best method/route to achieve this goal. I am approachable and patient - my students feel they are able to ask as many questions as they like.
Maths is a subject people often struggle with, so I do my best to tailor teaching to the student and what they need. For younger students, I ensure lessons are fun and revolve around their interests, and for older students we work on understanding what the question requires and how to best apply skills to each question.
