I’ve known Ana for many years. She is incredibly knowledgeable and one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, patient, dedicated, and truly passionate about her profession. I took her courses years ago, and I can’t say she teaches all the little tricks that make a recipe work, like her Flan de Caramelo. Even after watching countless online videos, she was the one who showed me exactly what I was doing wrong and how to do it properly. I recommend her 100%. I should also add that her expertise goes far beyond Mexican cooking.
