My method is relaxed and tailored to each student as well as suggesting techniques that have worked for me. Session length can be extended up to 3 hours at a time to suit the student's needs. Past paper/ homework solutions can be sent by email if the student is not able to schedule a session in the run up to deadlines and exams.
I offer all students a free trial lesson so they can experience my teaching style before deciding if they wish to continue with tuition. To arrange a free trial lesson, just send me a message. My lessons are based around developing exam technique as well as improving understanding.
I believe working smartly yes ofcourse hard work is mandatory at the same time. I always try to make things as simple as possible and concepts to be very clear.
I like to approach subjects with concentration on the basics and find ways to relate topics to regular life. With an understanding of fundamentals, I then aim to make things as simple as possible. I interlink topics across subjects and teach with practical examples.
"I like to find different responses to a same problem" [Richard Feynman]. As Feynman, I do like to make students realise that a general problem can be tackled in different ways. Summarizing my approach is : read, learn, and make the difference.
I currently tutor up to GCSE level. I find that the best way to learn (and hence teach) is to go through written questions on topics, and specifically past exam questions where applicable. I focus on breaking down each question into different sections that each need to be completed, and then undergoing this in a clear methodical way.
I like to teach things in order, starting with the basics and working our way up to the detail needed so all knowledge has a secure base - ensuring you understand it, not just know it! Other than that I can adapt to most types of learner so that you get the most out of it
My teaching method is largely based off my own revision technique, often involving a variety of known sources including online webinars and textbooks to which I then create my own revision tools. A typical lesson would often involve close attention to syllabus areas, breaking down the content and linking ideas together which is crucial for exam technique.
I have a very positive mindset, and I always listen to the student first. I am willing to spend time before the tutor sessions preparing my lessons and I aim to help achieve the students goals. I am willing to give lessons to people of all ages in French and Spanish. I am also willing to give lessons to people in Science for children at secondary school.
I belive that I have a unique style of studying/teaching that is going to actualy be functional rather than trying to go over 1000 flash cards the night of a test. I am very confident with numbers and can help you understand them rather than than fear them. I can help you approach number differently, to be able to visualise them and help with the tricky problem solving questions.
My teaching method is to find out the course and exam board of the student as well as what specific topics they most need help with. I then cover this topic with the student, answering any questions they have before going through exam style questions until the student is happy with that topic.
My method is simple. First of all, I take my time to understand the student's strength and weakness and then take it from there. This enables me to know the best approach applicable as different tutees have unique capabilities, but in the end success is a common factor they all share.
Understanding of core principles and mechanisms is vital. Rote learning and memorization can hardly ever work. We will work together so that you can develop your understanding and make sense of every topic. Please have your specification ready, so I can look into this to devise a structured session plan. This way we will ensure to cover everything you need to know.
My teaching approach is scientific. Discussion from root level and examples from daily life is included in my teaching methodology.
My teaching is largely problem and solution. I help work through problems whilst giving extra knowledge around the subject along the way.
I have a flexible teaching style on a student by student basis. I use a combination of textbook exercises, real life example scenarios, games and testing to help students. I have a friendly an approachable tutoring manor aiming to help my student reach there own personal goal.

I have tutored before to a-level students and have also had a tutor myself personally I would use these teaching methods
I begin by teaching foundamentals with an accessible approach, first teaching theory and then progressing to application. This helps to reinforce concepts and provides a deeper understanding of the topics.
My general approach is interactive and providing guidance. I have taught lots of students with different personalities and needs, so I have experience adapting myself to this. I regularly coach undergraduates through their final year practical projects and I have also run broader biochemistry tutor groups for theory, maths and essay writing.

I study Biology, Physics and Chemistry at A level as well as taking an Extended Project Qualification and am offering to teach all three at GCSE and AS level, along with GCSE English Literature and Language. I believe that my experience teaching both young children and teenagers has allowed me to adapt different styles of teaching depending on how the tutee best responds.
I teach by making sure the student understands what I am saying. The reason I do this is so they never forget the methods of how to answer questions and therefore in exams do not panic.
As a passionate tutor, I have experience working with preschool and kindergarten-age students as well as Secondary and GCSE students. I have also tutored middle school students in reading, as well as college and high school students. Through these tutoring experience, I have learned how to best teach each age group.
i did find from my own experience is that people learn things differently and at different paces; when students struggle with a subject, it’s usually because their learning style conflicts with the style or pace with which it is being taught. Tutoring one on one gives the opportunity to learn at the student’s optimal pace.

Hi, I am a recent MSc Drug Chemistry graduate from Newcastle University with Distinction. I am hoping to offer tutoring mainly in Organic, Inorganic, Analytical and Physical Chemistry. All discoveries in science were made because of the curious minds and the scientists' interests in the topic.
I work on bases to build good foundation to learn the concepts of the chemistry. I make lectures notes and different assignments to make eassy for the students.
I teach my classes in a methodical way, addressing topics in systematised fashion, dependent on what exam board the student is learning, and/or suited to their learning style. I understand the importance of student success and ensuring they perform to the best of their ability. I strive for excellence and feel rewarding in seeing others succeed.
My method of teaching varies depending on the student, as I believe each person learns differently. I approach lessons in a variety of ways from discussing topics and slowing building up ideas by allowing the student to piece things together themselves, to using past paper questions and practice questions in the textbook/on the internet.
