About PRASHANT
Hello, I’m Prashant Banerjee, a Hotel Management graduate from Bengaluru University with over 22 years of professional experience across leading hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups in India and abroad. I have worked with brands such as Ritz Carlton, Ramada, Rotana, Arif Castle, UNA Group, Grand JBR, and AAHMA, as well as several premium standalone properties. Throughout my career, I have specialized in Indian, Continental, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Arabic, and East-Asian cuisines, along with extensive experience in regional Indian cuisines, fusion food, and dessert creation. I have also been part of multiple pre-opening teams, designing complete menus, SOPs, and operational structures from the ground up. As a Culinary Instructor at the Pankaj Bhadauria Culinary Academy, I have conducted both practical and theory classes for diploma students, focusing on strong fundamentals, professional kitchen techniques, menu planning, food costing, and real-world culinary applications. I bring a teaching style that is practical, structured, and industry-oriented, enriched by my experience in managing large banquets, restaurants, budgeting, staff training, food festivals, and kitchen operations at senior leadership levels—including my promotion to General Manager Operations at B4 Hospitality. I look forward to guiding students who wish to build a strong foundation in culinary arts, learn professional cooking, or advance their careers in hospitality with real industry insights.
